1. General & Ordering Booklet Print Hub reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion. When placing an order online, it is deemed final and cannot be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee as well as any processing costs incurred to date.

2. Copyrights Booklet Print Hub assumes no responsibility and accepts no liability for materials that are prohibited by law. We will not review material for lawful practices and will not be held accountable for any illegal material use. The customer indemnifies our company from any loss, expense, or damages arising from copyright or trademark violations resulting from supplied artwork.

3. Prepress & Artwork The customer is responsible for ensuring all digital artwork is properly prepared. We assume no responsibility for spelling, grammar, typos, or other errors on approved artwork. Booklet Print Hub processes files as supplied and does not alter artwork unless requested, which incurs an extra cost. A digital PDF proof is provided for approval before printing. Production begins after final artwork approval.

4. Delivery & Collection All goods are sold ‘ex-factory’, and any delivery cost is incurred as your agent. Production timeframes begin after final artwork approval. Standard dispatch times are three working days for saddle-stitched booklets and five working days for perfect-bound booklets. Delivery time is additional. We are not liable for losses incurred as a result of production or delivery delays. If goods are delivered damaged, you must note this on the courier's delivery docket; damages not signed for will not lead to a reprint at our cost.

If collecting, the customer must collect from our premises upon notification. If we agree to deliver, the customer bears all freight costs.

5. Freight Policy Freight quoted online is based on standard delivery to the address entered. Transit times vary by destination and are additional to production timeframes. Additional handling charges may apply for multi-storey buildings, CBD locations or other locations that are not readily accessible. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery allows up to 10 minutes at the address; additional waiting time may be charged. Additional costs may also apply if goods are returned to the depot and redelivered because no one was available to accept them.

6. Payment & Risk Full payment is required prior to production. Title of the goods remains with Booklet Print Hub until all sums are paid. If unpaid goods are in the customer's possession, they are held in trust for us and must be clearly identifiable. Risk passes to the customer at the time of delivery or at the time we notify the customer that goods are ready for collection.

7. Insurance We have no obligation to insure any customer property in our possession. If insurance is requested, the customer must pay the cost in full.

8. Privacy & Communication We reserve the right to contact customers regarding orders and promotions; customers may opt out of future marketing by unsubscribing or requesting so in writing. We do not send unsolicited spam. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
